As licensed Montana contractors with years of experience, Jayson and Kristin bring a hands-on approach and trusted network to handle everything from small repairs to large-scale construction.

We believe that strong partnerships are built on mutual trust and alignment. That’s why every client meeting is just as much about getting to know you as it is about sharing who we are. To ensure the highest level of service, we intentionally limit our management to just 3–4 ranches—allowing us to focus fully on the properties we serve.

Meet Our Founders

Jayson Hincks

Growing up on a farm in Aberdeen, Idaho, Jayson acquired a comprehensive skill set for managing and maintaining farm operations. After high school, he served as an aviation mechanic in the United States Marine Corps, further enhancing his mechanical expertise. Following nine years of service, five deployments, and achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant, Jayson moved to Montana. He attended MSU and subsequently joined the police force, serving on the Missouri River Drug Task Force. After nine years in public service, Jayson transitioned to the private sector, starting a successful construction business.

Kristin Hincks

Born and raised in Sonoma County, California, Kristin developed a passion for horses at a young age. She received her first horse at the age of seven and progressed to high-level rodeo competition from ages 14 to 18. In 2010, at the age of 18, she moved to Montana to further her rodeo career and attend college, competing semi- professionally until she was 24. In 2015, Kristin founded a construction cleaning business, which she has grown over the past nine years into one of the largest in the Greater Gallatin area.
